Glands and cable ties

Watertight bulkhead glands, chrome deck glands, and black UV stabilised cable ties.

Every cable that crosses a horizontal surface needs a proper gland. A hole with sealant round it looks fine on the day and leaks by the second season.

The ties are black only, deliberately. Natural nylon goes brittle and snaps after a summer of sunlight, and there is no good reason to fit something you know will fail.
